Thanks for sharing, Grant! I tried it for myself and am sharing some of the daily affirmations that came from my experience. A lot of what came out in the conversation was around the need to do things perfectly and the shame I feel for where I am currently at in my life (versus where I think I should be). This was a moving exercise - thanks again for sharing yours!

- I am worthy of love and success, exactly as I am—imperfect and beautiful.

- I embrace the process of growth and allow myself to make mistakes along the way.

- I trust that I am exactly where I need to be right now, and I have the power to change.
